Unexpected Downtime

Today, around 1:45pm EST, we started noticing issues with our web servers. It started with one, and eventually spread to all. We’re currently working on the issue, and we will update you as we know more.

*UPDATE* As of 2:15, the site became responsive again. An unexpected process consumed all of the memory available in the web servers, which caused them to become unresponsive. We identified this within 10 minutes, and had to submit a ticket to Rackspace for a reboot (we could not perform it remotely due to the unresponsive behavior). They fixed everything on their end in approximately 10 minutes, and then we started bringing everything online. We’re very sorry for this inconvenience, and please submit tickets to support with any questions you may have.
