Server Upgrade Issue
We did experience server issue starting around 3:30am EST. One of our recently upgraded database servers wasn’t handling I/O as intended, which forced us to reboot it. We were able to gather a few data points, so hopefully we can make a proper conclusion about the events leading up to the problem. We’re sorry for the outage.
