3rd Party Integrations

Update: We have identified and fixed the problem. The backlog is starting to clear out, and we imagine it will be caught up within an hour. We’ll continue to monitor.

We are beginning to notice severe delays in the processing of our third party integrations. Users with a form configured to send data to a third party are affected. The data still comes immediately through to the Wufoo account, but could take 24 hours or longer to appear in the 3rd party.

We don’t know enough about the root cause of the problem to provide an ETA for a fix. We have a few leads that we will be following, and we will update this post as we narrow down the issue.

We’re very sorry for any trouble this causes you. As a temporary solution to keep your work flow in order, we encourage you to use the Entry Manager and to configure email notifications on your form.
